Scotland@Play: About Scotland@Play

The Scotland@Play site began in 1996 with a project to promote Scottish golf products in North America. This was one of 38 projects supported by the DTI's Information Society Initiative.

Having proved the concept, the next phase, the start of which you see here, is to expand the site to include a wider range of companies, to offer detailed online catalogues and to allow online ordering.

Saltire Scotland@Play is not a company, nor a brand. If you can find something you would like to buy here (and there are some excellent gift ideas), great, but if we can entertain you and, through occasional features, inform you about Scotland, its crafts and its heritage, then that's fine too!
