A Shepherd
Inverness/Nairn
Alexander Shepherd learned his trade as assistant to A N Weir at Cruden Bay. His first post as professional was at Inverness at 1910. He looked set for a glittering career, finishing third in the Scottish Professional Championship in 1912 and becoming professional at Nairn shortly afterwards.

Sadly he died, aged 30, in a motor bike accident between Inverness and Nairn in 1913.
